Mae's first ringette practice with her own gear. Pretty good stuff. Here she is going in on goal for her first goal ever! Then getting a briefing from the coach.
They all had a go at shooting the ring, Bounce it off the wall and back again, repeat.

So we finally got around to paining the play house last weekend. Barn Red with white highlights. Pretty cute! Now its pouring rain and I think we can expect it to remain this way for the next couple of weeks. Mae & Maria had a go at selling Lemonade last Sunday. It was pretty cute. $0.50 the glass. I think they earned about $2.00 each.

Went for a walk the other day as well. Great day, sunny etc. Super shot of the golden ear mountains.

Mae and Amy sharing the love in the morning. Amy loves her big sister.

Amy is a super crawler, and now even walker! She took a few steps on Thursday! Neither Mel or I got to see her first steps. She was at Silke's while we were at work. Anyway, she isn't doing it much on her own yet so I don't expect her to be a walking terror for another couple of weeks yet.

Amy loves chilling out in her Nemo couch and really enjoys it when Mom plays with her when she's in the swing.

Here are a bunch of pictures from our trip out to Eastern Canada, Nova Scotia and PEI.

Mom and Hal on one of our stops on the Cabot Trail.
All of us on the Cabot Trail.

Grandpa, dad and Hal in Shubenacadie where the Moore's are from.
Rita McNeil's Tea house, we stopped for tea and dessert, it was really nice. Mom and Dad were not allowed to say that they had coffee in their tea pots!

Inside Louisbourg, the fortress of the northeast corner of Cape Breton.

Louisbourg from across the bay.

Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa walking under confederation bridge holding hands...

Confederation bridge again, you can see it continuing in the distance.

Us posing by the cow from Cows ice cream in Charlottetown, voted Canada's best ice cream by Reader's Digest, and it was very good ice cream, we had some almost everyday. It started in PEI.

Dad trying to make the lobster grab mom's bum!
Us at Point Prim the oldest lighthouse in PEI.

All of us aboard the Bluenose 2. This wooden building is Port Royal, it was the oldest settlement in Canada on the west side of Nova Scotia.

Dad found a backhoe in Annapolis Royal, made him feel like he was back at work.
Mom and Dad overlooking Minas Basin on the west side of Nova Scotia.

Confederation Bridge connecting New Brunswick to PEI.

Mom, Dad and Hal having a drink in Alexander Keith's Brewery. Mom and Dad at Peggy's Cove.

Peggy's Cove, it was very beautiful, quaint little town, but there were a lot of people, especially by the lighthouse. The last picture is the Bluenose 2 in the harbor at Lunenburg.

All of us by Halifax Harbor.
Hal and dad with a guy from the citadel in Halifax.

Enjoying the deck off Grandma and Grandpa's room in Fisherman's cove outside of Halifax. The other picture is Fishermans cove, our bed and breakfast was the three storey brown building halfway up on the right.
The Harbour Hopper, we took a tour on it, it goes on land and in the water, it was pretty neat.

So here are some of our pictures from our trip to Nova Scotia and PEI with Grandma and Grandpa Hobenshield and Mom and Dad. The first one is with Hal and Theodore 2 the tugboat, Hal was very excited to see him! Then it is us overlooking part of the Halifax harbor.

Hal and I goofing around with the cannon, we aren't actually in the cannon, just some moving around with the camera to make it look like we were...
